1. Services

XEBRA-AI Intelligent Evolution & AI Solutions provides software development, AI solutions, and digital consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. XEBRA-AI Intelligent Evolution & AI Solutions retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and non-proprietary components across projects.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business data, or proprietary information without explicit written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

XEBRA-AI's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
